okay, ICG was the last overseas competition for this year, sadly so, but glad it is, i need a little pause :D so yes, the ICG team did well, congrats to all medal winners :D so, i thought i didnt qualify for the 200m but i did, and for 100m too, i got 11th overall, there were two finals, A and B, fastest 16, not bad i guess, yup.

83 states took part :D singapore is 6th, not bad for sucha small little country, and obviously bangkok won, with the most number of golds, yup, hometown too. and the track team gave two golds :D one from amalina, for her wonderful 60m run and the 4x100m relay girls ! :D finally below 50seconds :D pb eh. the guys 4x100m did rather well too ! they got second with dickson in first, with the explosive starts. boon han in second with his fast frequency. guo pei in third with his all rounder runs. and shahrir, the sec two kid who did superly well against people twice his size ! congrats all :D

well, i would like to thank all who made it possible for us to go. it was super fun :D jerusalem, pakistan and czech republic shirts :D yay ! not bad i guess, altho i did want the iceland shirt and the mexico shirt .. *glares at janice. but i guess im contented :D

hm, the trip was good and i bought like 2kg worth of stuff, including a new nike baggg :D im happy. but poor nazri suffered on the trip, he had to be squashed in my handcarry and dropped many a time, on the floor, also, poor nazri fell in my japanese sauce noodles ): currently, he smells like japanese sauce, which is quite nice :D haha. also, i lost my pretty blue nike bottle. sigh, left it on the table during breakfast. AND i left my LIBRARY book in the plane. fortunately ! Remy took it for me, phew.

so after this, training would start as per normal, many birthdays are coming up, so is outreach, dipna balpreet poojaa, you all better come as you said ! not to mention, OBS. hopefully i wont get eaten by flies. :D wish me luck :D
