Okay, Alicia is tired.
Training today was gym, so much for off-season :(
But i guess everything was okay, until the part where bench-presses came about.
I swear coach wanted to kill me with them.
Hm, and only after i talked to Gail, i found out that the bar is supposed to be above my chin, but the silly bar was like behind my head when i took it :/ ( it was my first time okay, bleah ) So yeah, go figure. My shoulder officially hurts.
I'm not a child,
but my heart still can dream.
But heaven only knows, that packages and bows
